
Tibor Hejj
His entire life has been marked by "internationalism." In addition to his degree in electrical engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), he earned an MBA from one of the top 20 universities in the US and a doctorate in management in Italy, and his publications are in English and German.
He has worked, founded and managed companies in all German-speaking countries, the USA and the Far East (Taiwan, Singapore, etc.). He previously worked for tier-1 strategic consulting firms (BCG, A.T. Kearney), where he rose to the level of partner, and then established his own group of companies (Proactive Group).
In line with his commitment to innovation, he first developed a strategy for renewing the innovation ecosystem, then took on the position of Deputy CEO for Strategy and Business at the National Innovation Agency to implement it.
He is particularly interested in the theory and practice of impact investment, which he has implemented in the form of theoretical work and investments.
