Impact Afternoon: Men & Women

Diversity goes far beyond gender, race, origin, or background. It lies in our individuality—in the unique way each of us is shaped and the distinct value we bring to society. 

The European Union places strong emphasis on diversity, equal opportunity, gender equality, and complementarity as foundational principles. In line with this, Impact CEE is dedicated to creating meaningful impact in a diverse way, with a particular focus on expanding impact investment across Hungary and the broader Central and Eastern European region. By bringing together a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders, Impact CEE provides a platform for dialogue on a wide range of topics, including how impact can be achieved through different professional paths.

We believe in gender complementarity, where men and women collaborate as equals and achieve stronger outcomes together. A gender-diverse decision-making process is essential for business success—especially within the impact investing ecosystem.

To highlight this theme and as a continuation of our "Women & Impact" event organised in March, we will invite women AND men from various sectors to share their experiences, demonstrating that creating positive impact is possible through many different career journeys.

During this event, we will highlight 12 inspiring professional journeys that have created meaningful impact.
