
Adam Zeitler is an educational leader and strategist known for his work in institutional development, academic innovation, and community engagement across Central Europe. He currently serves as Director of Lauder Javne School in Budapest, the largest K–12 Jewish school in Europe, where he oversees strategic planning, educational programs, and cross-sector collaboration. He is also the founder of the Milestone Institute of Advanced Studies and the Milestone Solutions Lab, both internationally recognized for academic excellence. The Telegraph has ranked Milestone among the top ten international schools placing students at Oxford and Cambridge, with 192 offers to these universities and over 2,700 offers to QS Top 100 universities globally.
In addition to his educational leadership, Adam serves as the rabbi of the historic Jewish community of Szombathely. He continues to teach Jewish Studies, create content on Jewish identity and values, and is currently pursuing rabbinical ordination and a PhD in Jewish Education. His work merges tradition and innovation, with a strong focus on inclusive, values-driven learning.
