Erzsébet Ábrám is a behavioral analyst, entrepreneur, impact practitioner, and community builder. At nineteen, she co-founded the Center for Future Health Development, a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to advancing public health. Today, she is building chrysa, the first wearable for eczema, combining science, technology, and community to reshape how chronic conditions are understood and supported.

Born in Transylvania and now based in New York, Erzsébet has gained experience across diverse sectors while exploring one central question: how can we design sustainable, systems-level solutions to society’s most persistent challenges? This inquiry also shaped her thesis at Columbia University, where she examined impact-driven models for regenerative social innovation.

She has hands-on expertise in early-stage startup analysis, financial and market due diligence, research, management, fundraising, and partnership development. As a speaker, writer, moderator, and occasional hobby artist, she regularly appears in roles that blend storytelling with systems thinking.

Erzsébet also writes a blog in collaboration with ImpactCEE, Dare to Care, where she explores the mindset, motivations, and lived experiences of the next generation of impact leaders – the same themes she will discuss on the Next Gen & Impact panel.
