Karolina Kraljić is an HR Manager at Social Cooperative Humana Nova, with a professional background in social work and around ten years of experience working with people with disabilities. She has been part of Humana Nova for six years, contributing to its mission of creating inclusive employment opportunities while advancing textile reuse and the circular economy. Her work focuses on inclusive HR management, employee development and work integration, with particular attention to creating a supportive workplace that recognises individual strengths and enables people to grow through meaningful employment.  Alongside her HR role, Karolina is also involved in EU projects, international partnerships and communications, contributing to the development and promotion of Humana Nova’s social and environmental impact.
