Lada Jirkalová is Co-Founder of ESD Czechia and a medical student, bringing a next-generation healthcare perspective to the development of practical and scalable safety solutions. ESD Czechia works at the intersection of healthcare, education, technology and social impact. The organisation has already reached more than 4,700 people and partnered with over 40 organisations, including hospitals, social service providers, schools and major employers.  Together with the team, Lada contributes to a growing portfolio that combines in-person education with digital innovation. Its Xlearning programme has been commissioned by Česká spořitelna, a member of Erste Group and one of the Czech Republic’s leading banks. The team is also developing SAFE, an emerging solution designed to help healthcare and social service organisations prevent workplace and client violence through education, incident reporting and data-informed risk management.  Lada’s work reflects a clear ambition: to move safety beyond one-off training and build solutions that can create measurable, systemic and lasting change.
