I believe that the foundation of social progress lies in collaboration, solidarity, and the creation of equal opportunities. My work is driven by the goal of bringing the for-profit and non-profit sectors closer together—because I am convinced that only through joint efforts can we achieve real, sustainable change.

Nearly five years ago, I elevated our corporate social responsibility program to a strategic level, and since then, I have fallen in love with the world of civil society organizations. Today, 90% of my professional time is connected to this sector. As a mentor in Scale Impact’s complex development program, I support the long-term growth of one organization. In addition, as the host of the Hatásvadász podcast, I explore the impact of collaborations between the civil and SME sectors and showcase inspiring partnerships that create real social value.
