
Tibor Nagygyörgy MRICS is the founder and owner of Biggeorge Holding, one of Hungary’s largest vertically integrated real estate groups launched in 1991; the CEO of Biggeorge Property, a privately owned, market leading property development and investment company delivering premium residential, logistics, office and hotel projects since 2005; and the founder of Otthon Centrum, a network of 200 offices in Hungary and 100 branches in Poland.
He graduated as an economist and later obtained his MBA from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences in a joint training with the London Business School in 1997. He also completed a postgraduate course in real estate consultancy in 1999, organized by the Nottingham Trent University and the Technical University of Budapest, accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Tibor is committed to the giving culture, and engages in various forms of philanthropy and charity both as a private individual, and as the founder of Biggeorge Foundation for Chances. He set up the foundation in 2022 as a new division of Biggeorge Holding to provide long-term support for underprivileged social groups, including children and youth. In 2025 Biggeorge Foundation for Chances joined forces with Bridge Budapest as co-founders of House of Giving to engage in society-wide knowledge-sharing, to promote conscious, efficient and sustainable support systems, and to educate the general public of all ages about different ways of charitable giving.
