Rajmond Percze graduated in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest. He started his career at Deloitte and continued at Ernst & Young. Later, he joined Silvestris Ltd., a herbal processing company. However, the true love project of his life came afterward. Choosing to leave the "traditional" career path behind, he and his partners became pioneers in a revolutionary new industry in Hungary. In the spirit of a sustainable, circular economy, they founded Agroloop, an insect feed company, where Rajmond serves as Managing Director. In June 2025, he was elected Vice President of IPIFF (International Platform of Insects for Food and Feed), the leading nonprofit advocacy organization for the insect farming sector in Europe.
