After his studies at BME, Hertford Business School and the Budapest University of Economics, he began his career in 1993 as a senior consultant at Sedgwick Noble Lowndes. From 1997, he was an equity analyst at ABN Amro Equities, and from 1998 he worked as an equity portfolio manager at Budapest Fund Management. From 2000, he was a CEO of CA-IB Értékpapír Rt., and from 2002 he was CEO of CAIB Fund Management, which was operating as Pioneer Fund Management since 2006 and as Amundi Fund Management since July 2017.
