Salomé Gvetadze joined the European Investment Bank (EIB) Group over a decade ago, beginning her career at the European Investment Fund as a researcher focusing on inclusive finance, social economy, and impact-driven approaches to development. Since joining the EIB Institute in 2026, she has focused on impact, philanthropy, and innovation, helping build partnerships that mobilise capital, support entrepreneurship, and strengthen Europe's impact investing ecosystem.
