Thomas Hiebaum is Co-Founder and CEO of AGAi, a deep-tech startup applying advanced AI to agriculture by giving soil a voice. With more than 20 years of international leadership experience in agribusiness and technology — including global responsibility for HELLA’s agricultural machinery business and co-founding the award-winning CAB Concept Cluster — he brings a unique mix of corporate, startup, and innovation expertise. Thomas holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Manchester and has lived and worked across the USA, China, Germany, and Austria. At AGAi, he focuses on partnerships, product strategy, and pilot projects to make soil intelligence accessible to farmers, corporates, and policymakers alike.
