Zsófia Hárs-Garami is a Senior Manager at Andersen in Hungary, specialising in state aid and direct EU financing. She has over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing EU co-financed programmes and financial instruments, including guarantee programmes for SMEs. As an Honorary Member of Impact CEE, she is leading the development of an EU-backed guarantee concept designed to help mobilise capital from European pension funds and other long-term investors for impact investments.
