Szádoczki Krisztina and Metykó Zsófia are leading professionals in the

field of neurodiversity and inclusion in Hungary. Krisztina is the

Operations Director of SNI Suli, a leading Hungarian platform supporting

parents, educators and professionals in understanding and supporting

neurodivergent children. Zsófia is the Professional Lead of Neurodiverz

Akadémia PRO, which provides neuro-inclusive corporate programmes that

help organisations move from shared understanding to everyday practice,

making neurodiversity a meaningful part of organisational culture and

business strategy. She is also Vice President of the Hungarian Autistic

Society (AOSZ) and an experiential expert in autism and ADHD. Together,

they work to advance neuroaffirmative approaches, inclusive education

and greater understanding of neurodivergent people in Hungary.
